Supporting musicians are Ron Bankley, Emily Celeste, the Dirty Flannel Dawg, Merisa Donoghue, Jeremy MacDonald and Jordan Stringer.

Medicine Winds was Produced by Merisa Donoghue, who was also responsible for the musical arrangements. The project was engineered, mixed and mastered by Les Tibbo and Emily Celeste at Quadra Fusion Studio in Nanaimo, BC. Design, layout and photography for the CD were by Elyssa Tibbo.

The Winds of Change: A Crisis Management Tool Kit

We live in a world of constant change. In this life, we can expect change to enter our lives of our own creation. As Aboriginal women, we have also come to know that many changes take place that are externally initiated and not of our own creation. How a woman regards change makes a huge difference in whether or not she is successful during transitional times.

This manual gathers the information and skills passed down from our Grandmothers, and made manifest in successful Aboriginal daughters today. This manual does not take an academic approach to dealing with change. Nor does it take the approach of offering 'band-aid' remedies. This manual shares how successful Aboriginal women live their lives, free of the perspective of change that often unnecessarily 'translates' into the constraint of energy-sapping crisis.
